Rules, Punishments and Some Ground Work of DC

RULES:

1.No Cheating in Tournament

2.No Rulesharking

3.NEVER disrespect a Staff member and Other Members

4.NEVER start a Flame War

5.Don't Post links to other forums or to illeagal content

Punishments:

1.Cheating will result in a 1 Week Ban

2.Rulesharking will result in a ban from a tournament selected by an Admin

3.If you disrespect an admin to a high degree you will be Banned (Length will depend on the situation)

4.If you disrespect another Member to a hight degree you will be Banned (Lenght will depend on the situation)

5.If you post a link to another forum once u will be warned, but if it is a continous thing, you will have a Perma-Ban on your account.

6. If you post a link to a website containing illegal content you will receive a Perma-Ban

Duel City will host tournaments with Challonge.com
a post will be made under each office if you would like to Apply for a staff position
