This will be the Banlist for a tournament that is subject to this.(meaning that it is not themed)
Bans:
Exodia
OCG
Burn
Mill
Designed FTK

Players are responsible to read this before particapating in a tournament.
Punishments if using OCG , or banned cards:
1st Offense: Verbal Warning
2nd Offense: Record Warning
3rd Offense: Banned from next 2 DC Lives, and 1 Weekly Tournament
4th Offense: Banned from 5 Lives, and 2 Weekly Tournaments
5th Offense: Perma-Ban
